1. Returns for Manufacturing Defects We only accept returns or replacements for products that have clear manufacturing defects or structural issues. Any such claims must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after the order has been processed or shipped.

• Customized solutions (made-to-order) that meet the approved technical specifications.

• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the client.

3. Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled only before the manufacturing process begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
